Woodside High School Music Boosters
The Music Boosters organization helps support the Woodside High School music department in countless ways. Our mission is simple: to give our young musicians the tools they need to thrive.

The school provides a modest budget for music, but to make the program truly outstanding, the Boosters step in. We raise funds, promote events, organize logistics, and give our time so that every student can do their best. All of our board members are parents of music students, making this a wonderful way to be part of your loved one’s journey.
 

How We Support Our Musicians

Through our fundraising efforts such as concerts, dinners, car washes, bake sales, and even “Rent-a-Band,” we are able to cover essential costs including:

• Instrument purchases and repairs

• Uniform maintenance

• Transportation to events

• Sheet music licenses and performance fees
   

In the 2024–25 school year, our fundraising allowed the entire music department to attend Disney Imagination Campus, where students recorded Disney music in professional studios. It was an unforgettable learning and recording experience.

We are fortunate to have generous support from local businesses through direct donations, as well as from families and friends who provide food, drinks, transportation of equipment, and photo and video coverage of concerts. Every contribution, large or small, strengthens our program.
